HD-CB803 towable belt loader is a piece of logistic transport equipment used for loading and unloading baggage, parcels, mail and other aircraft bulk cargoes. It is used for cargo handling in aircraft with a cargo door height range of 1080 to 4220mm. This belt loader is suitable for aircraft models like the B737 series, B747, B757, B767, B777, A320 series, A300, A330, A340, etc.

This towable belt loader is composed of the conveyor belt, holder, front and rear lifting mechanism, chassis frame, hydraulic system, engine assembly, electrical system, service braking system, hydraulic support scaffold and other parts.

• The conveying capability reaches up to 1050kgs. The lifting mechanism has a safety lock. The maximum conveying capacity is 400kgs. The conveyance speed is also adjustable, ensuring a safe, reliable conveyance.
• The hydraulic system parts and electrical parts are international, universal products with reliable quality. This ensures the loader can carry out hydraulic lifting of the rear and front frame and driving belt with the use of a hydraulic motor at an outstanding reliability.

• All the operation switches, circuit plugs and circuit boards are water proof.
• The whole loader has three emergency switches. The switches, instruments and indicators are operated through the control box, which is clear and convenient.

• Its whole body is welded by 6mm thick steel tube. The longeron of the body is composed of thick-walled square steel tube, of large weight and good stability.
• Paint used in the exterior board and the outer shell of the operator cabin is manufactured by electrophoretic process. The loader frame and other parts adopt three-layer painting process of base coat, floating coat and finish coat after the pre-treatment.
